ContractAI Pro ("we", "us", "the Service") is a tool that generates draft contracts using an AI language model, based on information you provide through a guided questionnaire. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Every document ContractAI Pro generates is AI-produced and is not legal advice. ContractAI Pro is not a law firm, does not review your specific situation, and does not provide legal representation. You are responsible for having any document reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before you sign it or rely on it. We are not liable for how you use a generated document, or for its legal accuracy, enforceability, or fitness for your specific situation.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be legally able to enter into contracts to use this Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts used to abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent the Service's limits.
Paid plans are billed one-time, either via cryptocurrency through NOWPayments or via PayPal; we never see or store your payment credentials in either case. Because generated documents are delivered instantly and are yours to keep once created, purchases are final and non-refundable once a document has been generated, except where required by applicable law. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed once confirmed on-chain — double-check the amount and network before paying. PayPal payments follow PayPal's own dispute and chargeback process in addition to the non-refund policy above.
You own the documents you generate and save through ContractAI Pro. We claim no rights over your generated content, your answers, or the final contracts you download. You're responsible for how you use them.
Don't use the Service to generate documents intended to defraud, mislead, or circumvent the law; don't attempt to abuse rate limits, resell API access through the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of any document it generates, including damages arising from AI-generated inaccuracies.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This will be updated to reflect the actual state of incorporation once a formal business entity is registered.
