Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

  • Your email address and password (password is never stored in plain text — authentication is handled by Supabase Auth), or your Google account info if you sign in with Google.
  • The answers you submit in the contract wizard, and the resulting generated document text, so you can view, edit, download, and re-download them later.
  • Payment metadata (amount, currency, status, an order reference) for payments processed through NOWPayments (crypto) or PayPal. We never receive or store your wallet keys, card numbers, or PayPal login credentials.

2. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the product:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles authentication.
  • DeepSeek — processes your wizard answers to generate the contract text. Your answers are sent to DeepSeek's API for this purpose only.
  • NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments; we never see your wallet's private keys.
  • PayPal — processes PayPal payments; we never see your PayPal login credentials.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your contract content with anyone else.

3. Cookies

We use only the session cookie Supabase Auth needs to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Data retention

We keep your account and saved contracts until you delete them or close your account. You can delete any saved contract yourself from its detail page at any time.

5. Your rights

You can view, edit, or delete any contract you've saved directly in the dashboard. To request a full export or deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at declarcloud@gmail.com.

6. Security

Data is stored in Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security so your data is only ever readable by your own authenticated account, plus the backend service used to process payments and generate documents.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
